Crusaderball 2021 season is here! Our number one goal this year is to have a place for children to play baseball/softball while being coached/mentored by men and women who LOVE JESUS!
All players wanting to participate this season must Pre-Register online. Click on the “Register Online” tab. Final Registration/uniform sizing will happen in person in front of the clubhouse (snack shack) at Ramsey Fields, Saturday 4/10 and will be grouped alphabetically by last name, times staggered throughout the morning to avoid long lines and crowding. Your time slot will be found by clicking on the “Events Calendar” schedule tab.
Registration fees are unchanged, $80 to play, $50 for 5 fireworks fundraiser coupons, and $14 for 2 tickets to “Crusaderball Night at the Modesto Nuts game (Date TBA). All “to play” fees from 2020 will be rolled forward for 2021, the fireworks and Nuts game fundraisers will be be in effect again this year. Total registration for a new player is $144 and for a roll forward player it is $50.
Crusaderball games will all be played at our Ramsey Fields facility, 5755 Sisk Road. Individual teams may schedule “away” games within the County if they become available. Crusaderball is suggesting all participants and spectators follow SCHSA and CDPH guidelines found at their respective web sites, please check there often as these guidelines change frequently.
All those interested in coaching (head/assistant, even if you are unsure you can commit) must attend meeting on Tuesday 4/13, 6:00PM sharp in front of the Ramsey Fields Clubhouse. Bring a chair and a notepad.
Workout/placement day will be Saturday 4/17, times will be staggered, alphabetically by last name and grouped by age. All players need to attend, this is critical for us to get our season underway as soon as possible. Practices will start the following Monday, 4/19. Our goal at this point is to play games starting the week of 5/3 and finish the week of 6/7 weather permitting. We will not be playing games 5/28 – 6/1 over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.
